1963-72' C10 Truck Frame Boxing Plates DIGITAL CUT FILES

DXF and g-code files to cut out steel plates to box a C10 truck frame. Plasma or Laser cut the plates then weld them onto the inside of the frame.

Plates are in sections that land between the stock cross members. So these can be installed with stock cross members or use the alternate files with extensions that span the gap where the cross member is if you are removing the cross members and installing something else.

Also sections are broken up by section, for those who only want to box a certain section. Also each section is under 4 feet so they can be cut efficiently on a sheet of steel.

Sections:

Cross member at front of cab area to radiator core support.

Under cab section from transmission cross member to drive line carrier cross member.

Carrier bearing cross member to rear spring cross member.

Rear spring cross member to bumper end.
